Leading and base line grid

Here I made a document in InDesign. I used place holder text. First I get the baseline grid to show.

I then need to see what settings the grid is on so I get the settings up like this.

Here is the settings box. I changed the increment every to 13.2 pt.

Here I’m unchecking hyphenate so the words aren’t cut in two at the end of the lines.

Here is the final piece. I can see now that it has rivers running down each side which look quite untidy. I’m going to leave them here though as a reminder of what rivers are.
